Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato
Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 banana sliced
Hemp Hearts
Chia Seeds
Honey
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes vertically into slices resembling a slice of toast
3. Place on a baking sheet and line with Aluminum foil.
4. Lightly cover with oil, salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes flipping sweet potatoes over at half way mark
5. Add your toppings and enjoy!
