Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Baked Oats

Ingredients:


-3/4 cup oats

-3/4 cup milk (I used Almond Milk)

-1 tbsp. honey

-1/2 scoop protein powder (I used Orgain superfoods vanilla)

-1 tbsp. chia seeds

-1/2 tsp baking soda

-pinch of salt

-chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Blend all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in blender

  3. Pour into baking dish and top with chocolate chips

  4. Bake for 20 minutes

Toppings:

Almond Butter

Hemp Hearts

Coconut flakes
