Peanut Butter & Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients:


-3/4 cup oats

-3/4 cup milk (I used Almond Milk)

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 tbsp. honey

-1/2 scoop protein powder (I used Orgain superfoods vanilla)

-1/2 tsp baking soda

-pinch of salt

-1 tbsp. peanut butter

-1/2 cup of frozen berries

-1 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Blend all the ingredients minus the frozen berries in blender.

  3. Microwave frozen berries and chia seeds for 1 min and mix until broken down

  4. Pour half of the oats mixture into into baking dish and add berry mixture on top. Cover the berries with the rest of the oat mixture.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes
