This is for a single serving
Ingredients:
1/2 Banana
1/2 Rolled Oats
1/2 Almond Milk
1/2 scoop of protein (I used the cinnamon vegan protein from Bowmar Nutrition)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of Salt
Toppings:
1/4 of an Apple (chopped into small cubes)
Pinch of granola
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Sauté chopped apple, coconut oil and cinnamon in a small frying pan until apples are golden
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (should be less than a minute)
Pour the blended oats until a small ramekin dish and top with sautéed apple and granola
Bake for 17 minutes and enjoy! :)
