Apple Pie Baked Oats

This is for a single serving

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 Almond Milk

  • 1/2 scoop of protein (I used the cinnamon vegan protein from Bowmar Nutrition)

  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of Salt

Toppings:

  • 1/4 of an Apple (chopped into small cubes)

  • Pinch of granola

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350F

  • Sauté chopped apple, coconut oil and cinnamon in a small frying pan until apples are golden

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (should be less than a minute)

  • Pour the blended oats until a small ramekin dish and top with sautéed apple and granola

  • Bake for 17 minutes and enjoy! :)
