Prep your overnight oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tea spoon hemp hearts
1 scoop protein powder
Instructions:
Heat up your over night oats for 1 minute in the microwave
Put 1 handful of fresh or frozen raspberries and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
Stir mixture until raspberries are broken down
Add raspberry mixture, peanut butter, and coconut flakes to top of oats
Enjoy!
