Raspberry Pb Protein Oats

Prep your overnight oats:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 tea spoon hemp hearts

1 scoop protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat up your over night oats for 1 minute in the microwave

  2. Put 1 handful of fresh or frozen raspberries and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds

  3. Stir mixture until raspberries are broken down

  4. Add raspberry mixture, peanut butter, and coconut flakes to top of oats

  5. Enjoy!
