1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp hearts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop Orgain Protein Powder
1 cup almond milk
Put in mason jar and leave overnight
You can keep cold or heat up the next day
Add to bowl- I used cocobowco!
Toppings: Blueberries, Kiwi, Raspberries, Coconut Flakes, and Almond Butter
