Coffee Cake Protein Baked Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup oats

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup coffee

1/2 tbsp. honey (or maple syrup)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 banana

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 scoop of protein powder


Crumble Topping:

1 tsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

splash of honey


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Blend all ingredients (used my NutriBullet)

  3. Pour into small oven safe dish and add crumble to top

  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes

Hemp Hearts

Almond Butter
