Ingredients:
3-4 oz boneless Salmon (garlic powder, salt, pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning, olive oil, and mayo)
1/4 cup cooked tri colored quinoa (got mine from Trader Joes)
1 boiled egg
Handful of chickpeas
1/2 avocado
romaine lettuce
pickled beets (also got this from Trader Joes)
Carrots
Feta
Tzatziki sauce
Dressing: 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, Greek seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer ay 390 for 4 minutes
Lightly cover all sides of salmon in olive oil and then mayo (I used the back of a spoon to lightly cover in mayo)
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and everything but the bagel seasoning
Cook in air fryer at 390 for 7 minutes
Assemble all your ingredients in a bowl and drizzle dressing over the top.
