Pad Thai Sauce (Healthier Version)

2 Medjool dates (soak in hot water for 5 minutes to soften)

1/4 cup almond butter

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 Grated fresh ginger root

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Blend until smooth! This works well with your traditional Pad Thai or spring roll dip!
