Oreo Balls (Football Sunday Edition)

Ingredients:

1 package of Oreos

8oz cream cheese (1 package) softened to room temp

1 Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Baking Bar (90% Dark)

1/2 Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Bar

Instructions:

1. In food processor blend Oreos and cream cheese.

2. With spoon or cookie scoop, scoop mixture into baking sheet with parchment paper and shape into footballs.

3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwaveable bowl for 30 seconds.

4. Dip the football shape truffles into the melted chocolate and cover completely.

5. Put back on the baking sheet and into the freezer until chocolate sets.

6. Melt the white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and pour into a small Ziploc bag.

7. Cut a small corner of the Ziploc bag and draw the football laces onto the truffles.

8. Put back in freezer until chocolate sets.
