Healthy Brownies

Ingredients:

9 Dates

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon golden flax seed, ground

1/2 cup almond butter

5 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons vanilla

Pinch of salt

Coconut oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. start by blending dates and water in food processor until broken down. Add flax seed, almond butter, cacao powder, balsamic vinegar, vanilla, and salt and blend until mixture is a batter consistency.

  2. Grease the muffin tin and add scoops of batter into the muffin tins.

  3. Add sliced strawberries to the top and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
