One Pan Ramen Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients for Egg roll:

  • 1 1b lean ground beef

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/2 chopped sweet onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger

  • 3 tbsp chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Seasme seeds

  • 2 blocks of Ramen Noodles

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp siracha

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions:

  • Bring a large sauce pan to medium heat and add ground beef.

  • Cook beef until desired doneness and add sweet onions. Cook until onions are translucent.

  • Add garlic, ginger, carrots and chicken broth and sauté for a few minutes.

  • Add in cabbage to top and put on lid to steam the cabbage for 3-4 minutes.

  • When cabbage is steamed, stir all together.

  • Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Seasme oil, and salt and pepper to taste and mix in all together. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes and then add in cooked ramen noodles.

  • Top with bang bang sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds and enjoy! :)
