Detox Gut Healing Smoothie

Ingredients:

4 Carrots

1 1/4 cup water

1 banana

1 cup frozen mango

1 teaspoon fresh ginger

1 tablespoon raw honey

1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Cut off the ends of carrots and blend with water until smooth

  2. Pour mixture into strainer separating the carrots bits and juice (making carrot juice)

  3. Add the carrot juice back into blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend!
